Outcome oriented is people who can predict or imagine how a society, country will develop in future. Outcome oriented person tend to focus on goal that want to achieved, so the person will think the methods that can be valuable to what outcome they try to reached at the end of the activities. Every decisions have their own risk but they have to responsible on those changes in future. So every decision they took must be wise and give positive impression in future. Datuk Wira Dr. Maznah Hamid is one of outcome oriented person. She owns Securiforce and her nickname is ‘iron lady’. People called her ‘iron lady’ because of her image in doing business. She is brave and an emphatic woman. Before she opened security business she worked as private language teacher at embassy as translator for 2 years. From there she got the idea to open security business when she found there so many people working as bodyguard and security guard to guard the VIPs. From there, she withdrawn all the money she got when working as a translator and with those money she opened her business. She opened her first business which is Securiforce. Securiforce is security company that are been using in banking industry. For an example, bank will entrust the Securiforce to go reload money in ATM machine. Securiforce company has been known worldwide. Datuk Wira Dr. Maznah Hamid  know security system is really important for every sector and because of her prediction in future on what benefits of security can gives to people, she came out with the awesome business. Her motto is ‘the main capital is yourself ’. The opportunity won’t come directly if we don’t work on what we set to achieved.
